You access technical support directly, any week day during business hours with "out of hours" availability by arrangement. Our Aussie users now even have their own special hours!

PASS members simply click on a special link in the private PASS area at their own convenience, to initiate a MouseCall. ZenTech will then take over your system and do the work that is needed. Technical support for PASS members is free on maintained systems.

If you do not wish to maintain your own system, as a PASS member you can have us do it for you. This is all done remotely, not requiring any special knowledge on your part.

Non-PASS members request support from customer-care, who will provide them with a special link to initiate a MouseCall, at our very fair non-PASS rates.
