What does PASS membership get you?
Owning a PASS membership is the single best resource to assist you when using NeurOptimal® in your business. Its aim is to educate you, connect you with others in the community and to keep your system running smoothly. Also, PASS owners can be Ambassadors, so selling just one system in the year can more than pay for your PASS – even if you do not have a NeurOptimal® business and are using NeurOptimal® at home! Here are your PASS benefits:
1. ACCESS TO INFORMATION: 16 PASS Forums
"The PASS Forum" is actually a collection of 16 forums (Beginners, Technical, Clinical, Business etc...) accessible in the private PASS area. These forums together comprise our community and are the main way Zengar stays in touch with its users. The PASS forum is non-intrusive in that nothing is sent to you- you go onto it when you want to. You can enter through directly from within NeurOptimal® by clicking on the PASS button, or via the NeurOptimal® website. We hand pick Moderators for each forum who are experts in their area. The PASS forum is THE place to connect with your NeurOptimal® community.
2. NEW! PASS-Direct
PASS-Direct offers interactive Webinars and Q&A events that will be held 2-4 times per month. They will feature Dr. Sue Brown, Dr. Val Brown, our PASS Forum Moderators, our Representatives as well as fellow PASS members who have excelled in an area of NeurOptimal® that they are willing to share with their fellow members! Only PASS members have access to these free, live events.
3. NEW! ACCESS TO VIDEOS
PASS members will be offered a variety of video and audio recordings that will assist them in developing themselves professionally as NeurOptimal® Trainers. The videos will include the seminars offered under PASS-Direct, mini clips focused on a specific topic of interest that are quick to watch, as well as a “fly-on-the-wall series” that will allow you to hear how Dr. Sue Brown talks to her clients. Only PASS members have access to these vital and evolving educational tools!
4. NO-COST TECHNICAL SUPPORT via MOUSECALLS
We believe we offer the most advanced technical support available to NeurOptimal® users, requiring minimal technical ability on the part of the Trainer. As a PASS member you have direct access to support on a "walk-in" basis simply by clicking on the MouseCalls button in the private PASS area. No appointment (or special knowledge) necessary! Our Technical Support team performs its magic directly on your system (with your approval), providing you the support you need. MouseCalls is covered under your PASS membership. Current hours are 7am-7pmEST Mon-Fri (excluding major holidays).
5. MOUSECALLS MAINTENANCE
One of the secrets to a smoothly running technology as advanced as Neuroptimal® is regular maintenance, but none of us like to do it- even if we try to stay up to date on how to do it (and who has time to do that?). Zengar offers a full maintenance program to PASS members. If you bought a new system from us you qualify to join this program and as long as you remain a PASS member you are covered. Older systems not previously covered cay be accepted following an initial assessment and technical time (at your cost) to "bring your system up to snuff". Then you “walk-in” when you want (we suggest at least every 3 months), to have your system cleaned and updated. We know from experience our PASS members using MouseCalls Maintenance have significantly less down-time than non-PASS members who do not maintain their systems.
6. PRACTICE/BUSINESS RESOURCES
PASS members have access to special resources not available to non-members, such as branded forms for running your business or practice, Power Point presentations that can assist you in making presentations to others, clinical measures to assess client progress and so on.
7. NEW! LOANER SERVICE
We do our best to assure you receive quality hardware, including extensive testing of your personal hardware prior to delivery. But very rarely, hardware problems may occur, and these always need to be repaired off premises. We know the upheaval this can cause to a business in terms of client cancellation and down time. Exclusive to our PASS members, we have a special loaner service to cover you in the unlikely event your system goes down. Once the need for a replacement is confirmed we will ship it out to you, often on the same day. All we ask members to do is pay for the shipping. This service is currently available to continental USA & Canada destinations (more countries are coming adding soon), and is not available for non-PASS users.
8. FREE NEUROPTIMAL® UPGRADES
PASS members get all upgrades to NeurOptimal® as part of their membership. No costs, ever!
9. EARLY UPDATES
PASS members receive updates to NeurOptimal® usually weeks before non-members.
10. FREE RE-LICENSING
If you need to re-license your software (because you have reformatted your hard drive, for example), PASS members receive this service free. Non-PASS pay $50.
11. LICENSING ADDITIONAL DRIVES
Some members like to license a second system as a back-up. This service carries a charge of $100, but is offered to PASS members for $50.
12. DISCOUNTS
PASS members enjoy discounts on most Zengar products and services.
13. NEUROPTIMAL REFERRAL SERVICE AND WEBSITE LISTING
Being a PASS member and posting on the PASS forums is a great way to become known for your work with NeurOptimal®, as well as staying current with NeurOptimal® developments. Zengar is frequently asked by potential clients for referrals to Trainers in specific areas. PASS members who have completed certification courses will receive referrals first, because of Zengar’s confidence in making the referral. PASS members who are Certified Trainers, or remain active PASS members after 6 months of membership are also entitled to be listed in the Find a Trainer section of the website. A great way to "get the word out" about your practice or business.
14. NEW! AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
PASS members are eligible to be Zengar Ambassadors. Ambassadors are those who, through their own endeavors, create enough interest in another individual or business that they in turn become a new NeurOptimal® user. When you bring in a new user, you are eligible for a 15% commission, allowing Ambassadors to earn extra income as a result of their own investment (currently $1425 on a Professional Bundle!). This can more than cover the cost of PASS for those who like the idea of sharing their passion for NeurOptimal®!
