Zengar Institute offers the finest technical support in the field of neurofeedback. and MouseCalls™ are the wonderful way we do that.

MouseCalls™ offers you remote technical support for NeuroCARE®, when you need it. You can initiate a MouseCall™ whenever you want, between the hours of 9am and 6pm EST (EDT) every week day. PASS™ members simply click on a special button in the private PASS™ area and ZenTech responds, requests permission to work on your system, and does the rest for you! It coudn't be easier and requires no special knowledge on your part. You must have a high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL) for it to work however.

Non-PASS™ members initiate a MouseCall™ by contacting customer care and requesting one. They receive a special link via email, by which they can go onto a MouseCall™.

MouseCalls™ is easy and convenient. And dare we say it- even fun!
