What does PASS membership give you?

1. ACCESS TO INFORMATION: 12 PASS™ Forums

"The Forum" is actually a collection of forums accessed through the private PASS™ area. It is non-intrusive in that nothing is sent to you- you go onto it when you want to. You can enter through directly from within NeuroCARE® by clicking on the PASS™ button, or via the Zengar website.

The many forums include:

PASS™ Announcements: Ongoing announcements from Zengar are posted here.
PASS™ Community: Informal and social posts that don't fit in the other forums.
PASS™ Beginner's Forum: Where newbies (loosely defined) can feel comfortable posting and receiving answers to even the most basic of questions.
PASS™ Clinical Corner: Posts pertaining to the practical day-to-day issues of running clients.
PASS™ Tech Help Exchange: Discussions of a technical nature.
PASS™ Business Matters: Developing and expanding your NeuroCARE® practice and evolving your business models as the business environemnt changes.
PASS™ Client Stories: Trainers share their client stories here. This forum allows us to have a group experience we can all draw upon when discussing expectations and possibilities with clients.
PASS™ Neurenergetics™: Evolution of Consciousness. Posts on the use of Zengar NeuroCARE® as a tool for transformation of consciousness.
PASS™ Theory and Practice: The Big Picture. Posts related to the theory underlying Zengar NeuroCARE®.
PASS™ Sleep Forum: A Special Interest Group dedicated to the evaluation and management of sleep, a crucial indicator of and contributor to effective training with Zengar NeuroCARE®.
PASS™ NeuroCAREmote™: Integrating NeuroCAREmote™ into a NeuroCARE® practice.
PASS™ Dutch forum: Dedicated to our Dutch members.
Other language-based forums will be set up as needed at the request of PASS members. Typically our representatives in that country moderate these forums.

2. FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT via MOUSECALLS™

PASS™ members access technical support on a "walk-in" basis by clicking on the mousecalls button in the private PASS™ area. ZenTech will then remotely assist you with any issues within NeuroCARE® (see PASS™ Terms of Service for more details). Technical support during regular hours on supported, maintained and licensed systems is free. If secondary fees apply due to lack of maintenance or issues outside of the PASS™ coverage, charges are invoiced at the discounted PASS™ rate. Current hours are 9am-6pm weekdays -- out of hours by special arrangement and may carry an additional charge.

3. MOUSECALLS™ MAINTENANCE OPTION

For members who wish to keep their system runnning smoothly but don't want to go to the effort to become and remain knowledgeable on technical matters, maintenance can be assigned to us. We offer a full maintenance program at very low cost ($285 per year), only for PASS™ members. Following an initial assessment of the suitability of your system and technical time to "bring your system up to snuff" (charged at our PASS™ discounted rate) you can walk-in when you want on a monthly basis, to have your system cleaned and updated. Special arrangement is available for maintenance on systems when you are not present.

4. FREE UPGRADES

PASS™ members do not have to pay for upgrades. They are included in your membership fee. This will include even the big upgrade to v2, which is essentially a new product. 

5. EARLY UPDATES

PASS™ members receive updates to Zengar NeuroCARE® usually weeks before non-members.

6. FREE RE-LICENSING

If you need to re-license your software (because you have reformatted your hard drive, for example), PASS™ members receive this service free. Non-PASS™ pay $50.

7. LICENSING ADDITIONAL DRIVES

Some members like to license a second drive as a back-up. This service carries a charge of $100, but is offered to PASS for $50.

8. PRACTICE RESOURCES

PASS™ members have access to special resources not available to non-members. Examples are forms for running your practice, Power Point presentations for your information or to assist you in making presentations to others and clinical measures to asses client progress and so on. All within the private PASS™ area.

PASS™ members enjoy a 10% discount on courses, consultations, CDs, DVDs, and on-line meetings.

11. ZENGAR WEBSITE LISTING

PASS™ members who have completed Zengar Online Certification courses get listed in the "find a Trainer" section of www.zengar.com. A great way to "get the word out"!
