If you are subscribing to monthly maintenance , you are giving permission to Zengar Institute Inc. or their representative to perform any and all operations deemed necessary and appropriate by Zengar to fulfill their commitment to you. This can include downoading files to or from your system. Zengar Institute's liability is limited to correcting the operation of NeuroCARE®.

Please note annual maintenance subscriptions are non-refundable. There is be no refund of "unused" portions should you not log in for any reason. The more regularly you check in (we recommend monthly), the quicker and easier your system is to maintain. Also the less likely you will bump into unanticipated problems while running clients.
