Installing NeuroCARE®

Installing NeuroCARE® is a straightforward "one-button install" on hardware that supports our specs.  If installation is difficult, it is certainly a sign that you have a system that is unusual in some way and is NOT actually meeting specs. We are glad to try to provide support for you on a fee for service basis, which may or may not result in a successful installation. This applies to both PASS™ members (who have PASS™ for another system) and non-members, although PASS™ members enjoy a discounted rate.

In general, If you are purchasing your own computer and doing the installation yourself, it is to be assumed that you know how to do this. Please do not ask us for information regarding what we do to configure or customize the systems that we provide. We do not have control over installations that you perform yourself, and have learned from experience that it is better for us to remain removed from the process barring giving the information you need to make your own informed decision.

We also do not perform installations on systems you have purchased elsewhere, yourself.

Once you do have a successful installation (which means the program has successfully licensed), then you can have the system supported under PASS™, or we can assist you at our regular fee if you are non-PASS.
We regret, we cannot offer support for systems that are outside the specifications, whether or not you are a PASS™ member for another system. Zengar can fully configure and provide you with a state-of-the-art system that is successfully running Zengar NeuroCARE® at the time of shipment, should you desire that. Part of the benefit of having us configure a system for you is that we have done the homework for you and have taken away the hassle and challenge of having to make a choice that works.

Performing an Installation

Installation is a process of installing NeuroCARE® and then licensing it to your encoder. (If you have purchased a configured system, all of this and more will have been done for you).

First we suggest that you make sure you are completely current with the latest updates of Windows, and perform any cleanup to make sure your system is in tip top shape.

Then install NeuroCARE® by putting the CD into your drive and double-click to open it up, and double-click agin to open the one file on the CD. Then follow instructions. That will result in a running version of NeuroCARE® that is in DEMO mode.  This will allow you to play back journeys that come with NeuroCARE® to practice and review how it works for 14 days. To record, you need to license your software to your encoder. If you ordered a fully configured system from us, this will already have been done for you.
