You will need to license your encoder (i.e. licensing your software to work with your encoder) before you can start to record data with it. This is a two-step process where you submit a code to us and receive a "key" back that will unlock your software. Please allow time for this to occur- do not book clients until you know you are functioning properly! (This does not apply if you received your system from us- all this has been done for you. although we always suggest a "test" run prior to receiving a client, just to make sure nothing has happened during the shipping process).

To License NeuroCARE®:

1. Double-click on the NeuroCARE® icon on your desktop to start up NeuroCARE®.

2. Make sure your encoder is plugged in and on.

3. Go into the Tools menu>Licensing.

4. This will generate a "Site Code"- highlight and copy this code

5. go to www.zengar.com and submit the sitecode vis the site key request form found on the front page

6. It's fine to close down NeuroCARE® while you are waiting.

7. You will receive a Site Key from us by email. Start up NeuroCARE® again and switch on your encoder.

8. Go into the Tools menu>Licensing, and copy and paste the Site Key into the space provided.

9. DO NOT attempt to enter the Site Key by hand--always cut and paste.
