One of the major decisions you will make is whether to install and configure NeuroCARE® yourself, or whether to purchase one of the pre-configured systems offered by Zengar. And if you want to provide your own computer, do you go with a desktop or a laptop? (And by the way, this last question is the easiest to answer hands down.  Almost nobody uses desktops anymore. They just do not offer the flexibility and portability you will quickly come to want when running NeuroCARE®. In fact, if you are like most of us, you'll want to take NeuroCARE® with you wherever you go!).

Zengar currently offers two Windows Vista laptops-- a mid-range and a premier model. We also offer dual-boot MacBook Pro laptops by request, for the Mac afficionado. In this case, NeuroCARE® runs on Windows XP Pro running under Bootcamp in the Mac OS environment.

We go to great lengths to select and then test potential system candidates, choosing models we believe offer the quality to run NeuroCARE® as intended, will wear well and are backed by good service world-wide. Our selection process is on-going as new models emerge, some of which will work well while others less so.

Every laptop that we sell is then configured by one of our carefully trained technicians and is set to run NeuroCARE® or NeuroCAREmote™ at an optimal level. The laptops are delivered to you in a "turn-key" state, meaning you just take it out of the box, start it up and go.

Prior to shipping your brand new laptop to you, our technicians do the following:

• Install the latest version of Zengar NeuroCARE® or NeuroCAREmote™
• Install the Music for NeuroCARE®
• License the software to your encoder, so you can run your sessions
• Install and run Norton 360, which provides key components needed to keep your system running smoothly
• Install and run a variety of additional softwares also vital to the ongoing health of your system
• Perform all necessary Windows Vista updates
• Optimize the system especially for running Zengar NeuroCARE®
• Extensively test NeuroCARE® over a period of 72 hours
