MouseCalls™ Maintenance

You can assign all your routine maintenance and updating to us!

To be sure the technical support you receive under PASS™ is totally free, your system must be kept well maintained, up-to-date and have Norton SystemWorks or Norton 360 installed. For members who don't want to have to do that, maintenance can be assigned to us.

We offer a full maintenance program at very low cost. Following an initial MouseCall to check your system and bring it "up to snuff" (charged at our PASS™ discounted rate), maintenance subscribers can go initiate a MouseCall™ approximately monthly, to have their system cleaned and updated.

Trainer's REmote™ systems are also eligible to be supported via monthly maintenance under the trainer's PASS™ membership, for a designated fee. The user enters into a contract with Zengar™ and is provided a special non-PASS™ entry link to access their MouseCalls™.

Maintenance subscribers have much greater peace of mind around technical support, and providing they do not change our default settings and can give us accurate information about changes they have made to their system since the last MouseCall, their expenses are generally more fixed and predictable than when not using Maintenance. When they do run  into a problem say while installing a new monitor, we can generally assist but there may be a charge. Our experience shows that Maintenance subscribers overall have fewer technical problems and less down-time than non-subscribers, not surprisingly!
