Who Can Join?

PASS™ is open to owners of the most current version of Zengar NeuroCARE® Professional Edition, running on a supported system.

The easiest way to join is at the time of purchasing NeuroCARE® and a laptop configured by us. You can become a member immediately.

At any other time, or if you installed NeuroCARE® on a laptop not supplied by us, membership begins by a MouseCall™ so we can check the status of your system and bring it up to date if needs be. This mousecall is charged at our regular rate. Once you are a member, you are entitled to free technical support provided your system is kept maintained and up to date. As a PASS™ member you are also eligible to join our optional remote maintenance program, in which we take care of all that for you.

If you installed NeuroCARE® on a system that we did not supply, we also check to ensure your system is maintainable under PASS™. If it isn't, we would not be able to accept your membership. Our objective is to support NeuroCARE® as efficiently as possible, so if your system won't do that, we cannot support it (for example, if it is very outdated or underpowered, or has a lot of proprietary software installed by the manufacturer that may interefere with NeuroCARE®'s functioning).
