Support for Non-PASS™ NeuroCARE® Neurofeedback Systems
Non-PASS™ users email customer care to request support. They are sent a link which they can then use to access a MouseCall™ when they want (within hours at our usual rates or out-of-hours with a surcharge). We are usually prompt in responding (within a business day), but please understand many factors can affect response time, including when we receive the request.
