Updates and upgrades ar always available within PASS™ first. If you are not a PASS™ member, you will find updates to the current version of NeuroCARE® here.
These updates are also good for NeuroCAREmote™.

Please click on the following link to download and run the Latest update for ZIN v1.98 Pro & Remote (19/02/2008, v1.98.9.4). This update gives the ability to set up multiple practitioners with passwords. Setting passwords for multiple practitioners can only be done via a paid MouseCall. Charges will not apply for systems on the Maintenance plan. Please note, if you currently have multiple practitioners setup on your system, NeuroCARE® will be non-functional until after a MouseCall is initiated and passwords are set, so please do not install this update until you have time to log on. A way around this is to delete the multiple practitioners prior to installing this update. If you do not currently have multiple practitioners setup on your system there is no need to logon to a MouseCall after the update is installed, as your system will not be affected. See the thread titled “1.98.9.2 to be posted presently” on the Tech Help forum for further details.

If you would like to update NeuroCARE® v1.95 (Pro & Remote) to the final update for v1.95, download and run the following files: LabVIEW 8.2 Runtime Engine & NCUpdate.exe. Please contact customercare@zengar.com if you would like to update v1.95 and your NCP2.exe file is dated earlier than 12/05/2006.

When you purchase a NeuroCARE® or REmote™ neurofeedback system, following installation and licensing, you will come here to update to the very latest version available. Systems provided by us already have this done for you. Also, PASS™ members who are part of the Maintenance Plan have all updates done for them as part of their monthly maintenance.

Upgrades are significant new releases and need to be purchased via our order form. Upgrades are free to PASS™ members. If you are a NeuroCARE® neurofeedback system user with REmote™ neurofeedback systems, when you upgrade your REmote™ systems will need to be upgraded too. When you purchase an upgrade for 1.98, you will be sent a private link to download the software. This upgrade does NOT inlcude Music for NeuroCARE®1. If you wish, you may also order the Replacement CD which does contain the music. If you are upgrading from 1.86 and earlier versions, the CD is included in your upgrade price.
