EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE AND SUPPLIES
Once an order has been processed, there is a minimum 20% restocking fee that will be charged for cancellations.

COURSES
Cancellation by us:
Under rare and unusual circumstances it could be necessary to cancel a scheduled course. While we deeply regret this, we cannot accept any responsibility for cancelled travel and lodging plans. With on-line courses this is, of course, much less of an issue.

Technical Certification and Power User:
Your card will be run at the time of receipt of registration andf a place is reserved for you. Up to two weeks before the start of the course the fee will be credited less an administrative charge of $95 USD per individual course. With notice of less than two weeks the course registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Immersive:
Your place in the Immersive is assured by receipt of an initial payment. This payment is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever (unless Zengar declines your registration). Payment must be received in full by due date or your reservation could be forfeit. You may still attend upon a space available basis with payment of balance, which could be higher if cut-off date for hotel is passed. Once you have made a commitment, we commit to paying your room and board and to other resources based on your anticipated presence. Cancellations will therefore always be subject to a service charge, or no refund based on deadlines and drop-dead dates. Please review our cut-off dates carefully. 
We regret these requirements, but they are directly related to the obligations we in turn must commit to with the chosen location.
