Once your payment has cleared we ship as rapidly as possible. We are very much aware you are waiting for your purchase.

If a laptop is being configured for you, this requires two shipments (you are only charged for one), and we "burn in" the system for a minimum of 72 hrs to ensure it is thoroughly tested. Typical delivery times: laptop: 10-14 business days, all other: 10 business days.

Please be aware delivery time also varies depending upon your method of payment. We are in the process of moving to a preferred payment system that is both secure and immediate for our North American customers- watch for further details. If you pay by regular check you must factor in time for us to receive it and bank clearing time--which can be up to 26 business days for US banks.
