Immersive and Remote Intensive Events.
While we make every effort to build in safety, we can never predict the effects of transformative work on any individual. If you have or ever have had any psychiatric or psychological symptoms or disorder, or are on medication for any disorder, or have a history of substance abuse, please do not participate. If you agree to participate you are saying both that you are fit to do so, and that you understand you are doing so entirely at your own risk.

You will be asked to sign a consent form prior to participation. You may read this ahead by requesting a copy from customer care.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your place in the Immersive is assured by receipt of a $200 initial payment. This payment is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever (unless Zengar declines your registration). Payment must be received in full by due date or your reservation could be forfeit. You may still attend upon a space available basis with payment of balance. A $500 non-refundable payment will be due on the course registration deadline. (please understand we have made commitments based on your anticipated participation). Once the full payment deadline has past  we regret no refund is possible under any circumstances.
