You are licensing the use of Zengar NeuroCARE®: Professional Edition software OR Zengar NeuroCARE®: Remote Edition software and that your use of the software is subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement (EULA) included in the software and that by installing and using the software, you are agreeing to the conditions of that agreement.

Zengar NeuroCARE®: Professional Edition and Zengar NeuroCARE®: Remote Edition softwares are sold on the following understanding:
That you are using it lawfully within your state, province or country and determining applicable laws is entirely your responsibility;
Or that you are using it for your own personal enjoyment and/or with members of your family or close friends on a non-reimbursed basis.
You, not Zengar Institute Inc., are responsible for the training an end-user conducts with Zengar NeuroCARE®:Remote Edition. Zengar Institute Inc. accepts no responsibility for any end-user neurofeedback training under any circumstances.
