5-day (6 days stay) Zengar Neurenergetics™ Immersive Event. Our most exciting (and in many ways exacting) event is our experiential retreat-style one-week Neurenergetics™ Immersive. This event truly reflects the transformative nature of Zengar NeuroCARE®, immersing the participant (and you do not need to be a NeuroCARE® trainer) in an environment that deeply invites contact both with your Self and your fellow group members.
The Immersive is hosted by Drs. Sue and Val Brown and guest facilitator Dr. Pat Fields. During the Immersive week particpants will enjoy intensive and extensive personal training on Zengar NeuroCARE®, together with exploration of the energetic realms and the formation of profound and abiding community. The goal of this event is your personal evolution rather than that of your clients, although the Immersive experience unquestionably informs and deepens professional practice.
The retreat is held in stunning Loreto Bay, Mexico. Loreto is situated two-thirds of the way down the Baja. It is as yet a relatively undeveloped part of the world boasting stunning natural beauty. Recent developments of the area are an ecologically sound and fitting tribute to this wonderful part of the world. For those of you interested in energetics, the land here holds the energies of "NoTime", which phenominally encourage and support your energetic transformation.
The Immersive is being hosted at the beachside Inn at Loreto Bay, a resort that offers Mexico style accomodation with American standards in bed comfort, excellent guest attention, good food and a wonderful variety of local and outdoor actvities coupled with relative quiet. For those of you who already know the Inn from our previous Immersive, you will see a magnificently re-furbished world-class poolside and restaurant area. We are also offering special low all-inclusive rates for significant others who might want to accompany you for a wonderful week away, plus we have negotiated special room rates for you for three additional days before and after the Immersive, should you wish to extend your stay. Spa services are available, including massages on the beach! Tennis is available, as is a world-class 18-hole golf course .
The Immersive week is an incredible time of personal renewal, healing, expansion and release, of forging new connections, deepening your ability to create a healing space for yourself and your clients and to share in the development and expression of Zengar's wonderful healing community. And to top it all off, we will enjoy a party evening of dining and dancing on our last official night together, so reach deep into your wardrobe and find that tropical outfit that didn't quite work back at home!...
Price is ALL-INCLUSIVE from the time you arrive in Loretto (2pm Sunday until noon Saturday- 6 days, and includes:
- all meals, as much and as many as you want, any time. (Small surcharges for top end steak and lobster at dinner time).
- "domestic" beverages (includes alcohol) 11am-10.30pm
- room accommodations (level of room as chosen by you, private or shared)
- non-motorized motor sports: kayaks, snorkel gear, sailboards and sailboats (subject to availablity)
- variety of poolside activities, like making the perfect Margarita or Guacamole, learning Spanish, etc
- all service charges, tips and taxes except those for your optional services (massage, non-"domestic" drinks consumed that are not covered etc)
Please note: Spa services, special activities/trips, extra days/nights and other discretionary extras that you enjoy during your stay are not included and will be charged to your personal account upon checkout. If you are not sure if it is included, please ask! We will give you full information the first evening.
Our schedule each day will be 8.00am-11.30am and 3pm-6.30pm. This gives free time to enjoy a lengthy lunch, enjoy the facilties, spend time with your family or friends in the middle of the day. Family and friends eat with us for all meals if they wish, but are not permitted in our event room at any time.
Special offer: NeuroCARE® trainers have the option of bringing their equipment and receiving a stipend of $50 per day ($250 total) for its use during the Immersive. This stipend will be offered strictly on the basis of need, so those registering early are more likely to have that option than those registering later.
Flights: We suggest you book your flights as soon as possible after we have confirmed your registration, as flights to Loreto are limited. You may also have to be flexible with when you fly as they don't fly every day. Please inform us of your arrival and departure dates. You can fly from Los Angeles via Alaska Airlines, which offers four non-stop flights to Loreto (check their website for current offerings). Delta also flies non-stop from Los Angeles and Continental from Houston twice weekly.
We will send you an acknowledgement following receipt of your payment as described below, and comprehensive information on what to expect, what to bring etc. a month prior to the event. Remember: You will need a passport! Does yours need to be renewed before April 2009?
Non-NeuroCARE® participants should be energy healers and/or individuals who have engaged in spiritual/energetic practice for a period of at least two years. If you are not a NeuroCARE® trainer and are unsure if you meet the spiritual/energetic criteria for participation, please email us before registering.
We feel this is our "flagship" event, and confers upon the NeuroCARE® graduate our Master Certification, when Tech Cert and Power User have also been completed. Until that time, our participants are affectionately referred to as "Immersive graduates".

All registrants will be required to sign our consent form prior to start of the class and which is available upon request for you to review.
PRICING:
Note: It is important for our event to offer a level of service that allows you to relax, not carry money, and have the opportunity to interact with the other participants. To this end, we are offering an all-inclusive package that covers you from the time you reach the Inn until you leave Saturday. We regret we cannot accept individual requests to not be part of this package.
Please check below for the payment schedule. Amounts are calculated according to the type of room requested, whether private or shared, Immersive-participant or vacationing, bringing equipment or not, and importantly, on whether you are a NeuroCARE® PASS™ member.
Room types: There are three types of rooms. The main difference between them is the views they offer. Most of the Ocean View rooms and all of the Ocean View Deluxe allow you to see the ocean, but only the Ocean Front rooms directly face out to the ocean. If you wish to have children stay in your room with you and assuming you are already a couple, you have to choose at least the Deluxe ocean view room, and if you want two children in your room, you need to choose the Ocean front room. PLEASE NOTE: Registrations received after February 22nd, 2009 will be subject to higher (non-special) rates due to an increase in board and lodging costs to us, after this date. We have no control over this, so please book ahead for best rates!

Children in addition to a couple in same room, can stay for $TBA including food. Must be at least an Ocean View Deluxe to permit one extra child, Ocean Front to permit two children. If only one adult in room, first child counts as non-participating adult.
SHARED ROOMS: while we will do our best to find you a roommate, it may not be possible. The single room rate will apply if this is the case. This is most likely to happen with later bookings, so please send in your deposit early to maximize your chances.
EXTRA NIGHTS: Once you are confirmed by us as booked, please check flight availability for your preferref airline.route. Once you know your flight dates, THEN tell us precisely when you will be arrving and leaving, and whether you wish to have the meal plan, and we will inform the Inn. The Inn is offering 3 days either side of the event at a special rate. You will be responsible for all your costs from your arrival until after lunch on the Sunday, and from after lunch the following Saturday until you depart.

Cancellation Policy.
Your place in the Immersive is assured by receipt of the initial payment.- whatever that is, at the time you register. This payment is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever (unless Zengar declines your registration). Payment must be received in full by due date or your reservation could be forfeit. You may still attend upon a space available basis with payment of balance, which could be higher if cut-off date for hotel is passed. Once you have made a commitment, we commit with the Inn to paying your room and board and to other resources based on your anticipated presence. Cancellations will therefore always be subject to the relevant service charge or no refund, based on deadlines and drop-dead dates. Please review our cut-off dates carefully. We regret these requirements, but they are directly related to the obligations we in turn commit to, with our chosen location. All locations have them, so we have to have them also.
