Free Weekly Community Group Runs via Conference Call
Join us for our weekly Group Run every Saturday 12 noon East Coast time, 9am Pacific time. These runs are an informal way to connect with your community and get in your own training!

1. Hook yourself up maybe 15 mins ahead. make sure you have ear buds to listen to your music so it doesn't play "out loud".
2. Set yourself for an "extended session" by choosing music that will last at least 45 mins.
3. Select the "extended session" timings in the timing options box.
4. At 5 mins to the hour, dial into the conference center using the phone number above. Enter the access code when prompted (don't forget the #sign) and announce yourself when prompted.
If you are phoning from abroad, Skype is an excellent and cheap option. The conference call is the cost of a regular phone call- no extra charges. If you are late joining in, no problem, and please do announce yourself even if we have started. Just set yourself up to run manually and I or someone else will indicate when to move through the Zen modes.

New York City Supervision Groups 

Zengar NeuroCARE® supervision groups are offered by Catherine Boyer in New York City. A focus of the group is on both maximizing the potential for clients and assisting trainers in having the best possible experience themselves. Topics covered include the intake process and client education, "reading" clients and gathering useful client feedback along the way, working with extrinsic constraints, and the opportunities inherent in "side effects." Questions and case discussion are welcome. A current group meets one Friday a month from 3 to 5 PM, with a second day/time to be offered soon. If interested, please email Catherine directly.
